Messengers of Mercy is a non-profit, 501 (c) (3) nondenominational
organization established in 1996 with the general purpose of encouraging
lay people to use their skills and resources for the cause of Jesus
Christ around the world.
Remember the 12 baskets of "left overs"
or "broken pieces" of bread which Jesus directed His disciples
to collect after he had fed the 5,000? Nothing was wasted!
The "broken pieces" of unused items here
in our country can be put to good use for Christ and His Kingdom!
What we consider useless in this country becomes useful in countries
where so little is available for daily living.
Many of our missionaries all over the world have already
been blessed as we have sent containers full of "left overs"
which have met their needs! As we have given, we have been blessed
and God has seen our gifts as "a fragrant offering, and acceptable
sacrifice, pleasing to God." (Philippians 4:18)
Messengers of Mercy is looking for individuals and
churches willing to gather varieties of materials to minister to
the needs of those serving Christ around the world. If you are willing
to give your time and material resources to Jesus, you will see
Him make your useless "left overs" useful and multiplied
in His hands!
